This is by far our biggest experimentation, and the whole thought process went along the lines of :
“Mayonnaise is the most classic sauce ever. Yet we see our Dutch neighbours adding lots of sugar to their Mayo. What if we just went all-in and not just add sugar, but directly add a full speculoos in it, with all its aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom, and white pepper ?”
Well, we dared, we prepared, we tasted, and got our minds blown.
