A sweet Tomato/Pineapple sauce? Oh yes, sir!
Our Brasil sauce is an invitation to travel far away, while still enjoying our local gastronomy.
This sauce is perfect with fries, in a burger, or also in a “mitraillette”, a Belgian dish composed of fried meat, fries, sauce, salad (if you insist), and fried meat. Only real snacking places know what’s up with mitrailleuse!
Belgium is really well-known for its “carnavals”, like in Mons, Binche, Bruges, Aalst…Unesco loves them so much that their on/off relationship even made the headlines in 2019…
But, let’s be fair, there is also another country known for its love of carnivals : BRRRRRAAAAAAAZZZZZZZIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLLLLL!
White beaches? Yeah, we got them also.
Pretty People? We got our Johnny’s and Marina’s.
Nice hot weather? Here too, almost 10 days per year!
Okay, we may not compete on everything, but we did manage to integrate perfectly the iconic Pineapple into our BRAZIL sauce, an exquisite combination of sweet deliciousness into our Belgian sauce culture. And that’s all you need to remember about Carnaval craziness: Pineapple in a sauce !!!
