Yes, so do thousands of Belgians who loooove to play the tourists in Spain each year.
When getting back home, as a way to find a way to fill the 11 months before we go back to the South of Europe, we had the idea to create a sauce which incorporates all the good food of Spain into one sauce: please welcome the Andalouse sauce.
With such a large spectrum of tastes and aromas, Spain truly is a godsend for a nation full of Carpe Diem citizens like Belgium.
And although our real-life DIKNEK never went to Spain (yet), he surely got to experience the great tastes in one of the hundreds of Spanish restaurants that can be found in Belgium.
DIKNEK’s Andalouse sauces are a perfect combination of tomatoes, marinated bell peppers, vinegar and gentle mustard that gives a well-balanced sauce that goes perfectly with our Belgian Fries!
No wonder this sauce is the favorite sauce of Belgians, after Mayonnaise and Ketchup of course!
